Look at that Thing go!

That's right look at the Thing go. For those of you who may not be familiar with this fella he is Ben Grimm, other wise known as the Thing from the classic marvel comic The Fantastic Four.

A friend of mine has set up a blog titled Houdini's Last Escape. Each week he sets a new theme and asks myself along with a few other contributors to create an illustration on this nominated theme.

Diana

This is an illustration I submitted to a magazine that was publishing an issue based on the theme black. The illustration did not make the cut, but it liked it.

It is loosely based on Diana, the Ancient Roman Goddess of the Moon. She was also considered the Goddess of the hunt and was often associated with woodlands and animals.
