I moved house a few months ago. In my new place is a beautiful arched space above one of the doorways. A few weeks ago I decided to use this amazing space and make a make-shift shrine. I went to a range of two dollar shops and opp shops and gathered the most interesting collection of items I could find. The result is the image you see above. I particularly enjoyed painting the tribal patterns of the baby doll I found. The shrine is not dedicated to any particular faith or god. I just think the shrine brings a general positive energy to my place. The shrine looks particularly amazing at night with the fairy lights on.
